A Message from Dr. Dan and Dr. Joe
"Greetings, families of Hendricks County!
We are Dr. Dan and Dr. Joe, and we are truly honored to care for your family’s smiles. Since stepping into the practice following the remarkable 23-year tenure of the recently retired Dr. Wells, our mission has been to provide exceptional, compassionate pediatric dentistry to our community's youngest members. In 2025, we were thrilled to join forces, expanding our practice to better serve even more families throughout Hendricks County and the surrounding areas.
We both share a deep commitment to excellence in pediatric dental care, backed by extensive training right here in Indiana and beyond. Dr. Dan earned his dental degree from Boston's Tufts University School of Dental Medicine before completing his Pediatric Residency and Master of Science at Riley Children’s Health. Dr. Joe earned his dental degree from the Indiana University School of Dentistry—where he proudly served as class president for all four years—before completing his advanced pediatric residency at Children’s Wisconsin.
We love serving the Hendricks County community. Dr. Dan, his wife Adara, their four daughters (Austen, Arlise, Alette, and Ansley), and their dog Hazel have been settled in the area since 2020. Dr. Joe, his wife Caylie, and their two children are equally proud to be planting roots here, returning to the state where Dr. Joe grew up. As parents ourselves, we understand firsthand how important it is for families to feel comfortable, safe, and confident in their child’s dental care.

When sedation is necessary, safety is our utmost priority. That’s why we offer two sedation options: Nitrous and General Anesthesia. For General Anesthesia, we go above and beyond by having it conducted in-office by Dr. Angela Fugate, MD, a board-certified Anesthesiologist. This ensures that your child receives the safest, most specialized care possible during their procedure. Our General Anesthesia services are also available at Putnam County Hospital.
