The cost of treatment may vary, depending on your child’s individual needs, insurance coverage, and treatment plan. We will discuss the cost of treatment with you and provide an estimated treatment plan based on the information you have given to our office.

Our office staff is always available to help you with insurance claims and paperwork. We file your insurance as a courtesy to you and will help you to understand your benefits based on the information that’s provided to our office.
We are considered an in-network provider with Indiana Medicaid, Delta Dental, Cigna, Aetna PPO-Extend, and Paramount Dental (formerly known as Dental Health Options, Inc.).
